Overview

We are seeking a technically adept and mission-focused Sales Engineer to support our U.S. Army and broader Department of Defense (DoD) accounts. The role will serve as the technical lead in pre-sales engagements, helping shape customer solutions and translating operational needs into ALL.SPACE capabilities.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for U.S. Army and DoD customers during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical briefings, and proof-of-concept (POC) evaluations tailored to Army mission needs.
  • Translate customer operational requirements into ALL.SPACE configurations and deployment strategies.
  • Collaborate with account managers to define account strategies and identify technology fits for customer pain points.
  • Contribute to opportunity shaping and proposal development by providing technical input and system architecture guidance.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and integration teams to tailor solutions for Army use cases and mission profiles.
  • Support system evaluations, field trials, and interoperability demonstrations with Army units and system integrators.
  • Stay informed on SATCOM technologies, tactical waveforms, and evolving Army communication requirements.
  • Track competitor offerings, technology trends, and government standards impacting the tactical communications space.
  • Represent ALL.SPACE in technical working groups, conferences, and joint demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Technical proficiency in satellite communications technologies.
  • Experience in sales engineering or a related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Army operations and requirements.
  • Experience with proposal development and account management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Willingness to travel for customer engagements and demonstrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
