Overview

The Customer Support Manager will serve as the primary post-sales interface and trusted advocate for ALL.SPACE customers, ensuring seamless onboarding, integration, and in-life support while managing customer relationships and driving service excellence.

In Short

  • Act as the primary point of contact for post-sales customer engagement.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships through onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Champion customer needs and issues across internal teams.
  • Lead on-site fault analysis and troubleshooting of antennas.
  • Conduct in-field release updates and maintenance.
  • Collect and analyze field failures for feedback to the development team.
  • Manage customer expectations and service performance.

  • Support technical integration with customer success criteria.
  • Lead continual service improvement initiatives based on feedback.

Requirements
