  • Manage a consistent shift from Tuesday to Saturday (11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST).
  • Provide real-time technical support via live phone calls on a 24/7 support line.
  • Remotely troubleshoot heating and energy systems.
  • Analyze system data and perform real-time settings adjustments.
  • Conduct remote quality assurance after installations or service calls.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on energy-saving strategies.
  • Help customers achieve fuel reduction goals.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance continuously.

Requirements
