Overview

Runwise is looking for a Customer Support Manager who is highly motivated, results-oriented and focused on business growth opportunities. The role involves working closely with a variety of property companies to help them effectively manage their heating systems in an energy-efficient way.

  • Answering live phone calls via our 24/7 support line
  • Real-time troubleshooting of customer reported issues
  • Remote monitoring and analysis of multifamily and commercial heating systems
  • Making settings adjustments as needed to reduce fuel consumption
  • Conducting remote quality checks after installations
  • Building long-term relationships with customers
  • Adapting to quickly changing situations
  • Teaching customers about complex systems in simpler terms
  • Working hard during peak seasons
  • Passionate about real estate and energy efficiency

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of direct customer management experience
  • Excellent social and communication skills
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems efficiently
  • Adaptability to changing situations
  • Willingness to work longer hours during peak season
