Runwise is looking for a Software Engineering Manager (Backend) who is highly motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about building products that customers love.

• Lead and grow a high-performing backend engineering team.

• Work closely with product, hardware, and operations teams.
• Occasionally contribute to the codebase to guide architecture and best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing and developing software engineers.
• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience, including 2+ years in Go.
• Strong experience with AWS services.
• Clear communication and team empowerment skills.
• Bonus: Experience with BMS, Niagara, or BACnet.
• Bonus: Experience with Python.
