Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in employer sales, focusing on benefits or healthcare.
  • Proven success in securing large employer deals with Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Extensive network within the employer benefits space.
  • Deep understanding of decision-making processes in large organizations.
  • Exceptional ability to drive complex sales cycles.
  • Strong negotiation skills aligning solutions with client needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
