As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Aleph, you will play a foundational role in scaling the recruiting engine, owning end-to-end hiring for technical roles and collaborating closely with hiring managers.

• Expertise in outbound sourcing with a strong track record.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
• Proficient with recruiting tools and leveraging data for sourcing strategies.
• Strong communication skills in written and verbal formats.
• Passion for enhancing the candidate experience.
