Overview

The Vice President of Enterprise Practice Performance will serve as a key leader responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize the performance in value-based care (VBC) arrangements across our enterprise practice portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience in healthcare.
• At least 8 years in a hospital network leadership or related field.
• Proven track record in managing enterprise practice operations.
• Demonstrated success in driving performance improvements.
• Expertise in hospital business models and revenue cycle management.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare finance and provider operations.
• Senior-level experience in hospital strategy and business development.
• Master’s degree or other advanced degrees preferred.
