Overview

As a Senior Manager of Sales Operations, you'll be the strategic architect behind our sales team's motivation and success, designing incentive programs that drive exceptional performance while ensuring profitable customer deals.

In Short

  • Design and optimize sales compensation plans across all sales roles.
  • Administer compensation payouts ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct regular compensation plan performance analysis.
  • Manage quota setting processes and territory assignments.
  • Develop compensation modeling tools for scenario planning.
  • Monitor financial offers extended in the sales process.
  • Serve as primary liaison with Finance for compensation matters.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership on offer guidelines.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales support or operations required.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales support, operations, or revenue operations.
  • Experience designing and administering sales compensation plans.
  • Strong background in customer deal strategy and deal economics.
  • Experience working closely with Finance and Payroll teams.
  • Proven track record in high-growth B2B environments.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for financial modeling.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build trust with Finance and Sales teams.
