Senior Sales Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

PetDesk is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to lead the strategy and systems behind our high-growth Sales organization, optimizing the full revenue engine from lead generation through retention.

In Short

• Own Sales Operations strategy end-to-end, aligning with company goals.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership on go-to-market design.
• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure for data-driven decision-making.
• Evaluate and optimize tools like Salesforce and Gong.
• Translate sales data insights into actionable strategies.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement cross-functional solutions.
• Develop frameworks for forecast accuracy and sales performance review.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of Sales or Revenue Operations experience in SaaS.
• Proven ability to operate independently and make strategic decisions.
• Deep Salesforce expertise, with practical admin/configurator skills.
• Skilled at designing dashboards and interpreting KPIs.
• Strong cross-functional communicator and stakeholder manager.
• Experience designing comp plans and other GTM levers.
• A bias for action and a mindset of continuous improvement.
