Overview

PetDesk is seeking a CX Enablement Leader to drive the strategy and execution of all enablement initiatives for our Customer Experience (CX) organization, focusing on building a culture of continuous learning and ensuring teams are equipped to provide exceptional service.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy for the Customer Experience organization.
  • Own the end-to-end enablement lifecycle from needs analysis to measurement of impact.
  • Partner with CX leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted training programs.
  • Lead the selection and management of a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Design a customer-facing enablement program including knowledge base and online courses.
  • Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing for training on new features.
  • Work with Sales Enablement for consistent messaging and seamless handoff.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in an enablement role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience building and scaling enablement programs from the ground up.
  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
  • Experience in selecting and managing an LMS.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative leadership style with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
