The Senior Director of Payments Solutions is a highly visible and mission-critical role that will lead the technical transformation of Aledade's Practice Payments operations. This position is essential to Aledade's ability to fulfill our contractual payment obligations to healthcare practice partners and will directly impact our operational success and growth trajectory.

• Lead the Payment Solutions technical team in designing and implementing scalable payment solutions.
• Oversee current payment technology stack and drive optimization of existing solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience managing payments technology or financial systems.
• 3-5 years of experience implementing payment systems.
• 5+ years of management experience leading technical teams.
• Extensive hands-on experience with payment processing systems.
• Strong understanding of payment reconciliation and audit requirements.
• Experience with enterprise system integrations and data management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical initiatives.
• Experience building and scaling technical teams.
