Overview

The Senior Analyst, Workforce Planning is responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of data architecture and reporting solutions within a high-volume patient support environment.

In Short

• Lead the design and maintenance of complex performance reports and dashboards.
• Develop complex Tableau data models and performance-optimized visualizations.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to model data within Snowflake.
• Conduct advanced trend analysis and forecasting.
• Oversee data validation processes for reporting accuracy.
• Provide end-user support for reporting tools.
• Standardize and document reporting processes.
• Automate manual reporting processes.
• Lead pilot reporting for new initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 4 years of workforce planning experience.
• Advanced knowledge of call center platforms and BI tools.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake and SQL query optimization.
• Ability to architect complex reports and dashboards.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience automating reports.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting tasks.
