Senior Workforce Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Workforce Analyst will support Operations leaders by providing deep insights into workforce planning, utilization and performance metrics to drive the success of Hazel’s customer operations teams.

In Short

• Collect and analyze workforce data from disparate systems to identify trends and forecast staffing needs.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models for staffing needs based on business cycles.
• Conduct “what-if” scenarios to assess operational process improvements.
• Create dashboards tracking key team performance metrics.
• Develop staffing models balancing service levels and operational costs.
• Monitor real-time adherence to schedules and optimize shift schedules.
• Establish clear and actionable KPIs for performance metrics.
• Prepare regular reports for Operations leaders to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance on hiring plans to meet business needs.
• Provide training and support on tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role at a fast-paced organization.
• Prior sales/customer experience preferred.
