The Senior Workforce Analyst will support Operations leaders by providing deep insights into workforce planning, utilization and performance metrics to drive the success of Hazel’s customer operations teams.

Collect and analyze workforce data from disparate systems to identify trends and optimize resource allocation.
Develop and maintain forecasting models for staffing needs.
Create dashboards to track key performance metrics.
Monitor and optimize shift schedules for adequate coverage.
Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of performance metrics.
Oversee workforce data analysis and process improvement strategies.
Provide training and support to Operations leaders on tools and methodologies.
Collaborate with functional leaders on hiring plans.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in a similar role.
Prior sales/customer experience; education sales or tech-ed experience a plus.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with workforce planning and performance metrics.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Proficient in data visualization techniques.
Experience in a fast-paced start-up or high-growth organization.
