Workforce Analyst - Remote

ModSquad is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Workforce Analyst to join us!

In Short

• Support business decisions through timely and accurate staffing forecasts.
• Validate established influences/drivers using advanced statistical methodologies.
• Create long-term staffing forecasts and operational plans.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to improve staffing levels.
• Respond to management requests for “what if” scenarios.
• Articulate reasons for forecast variance and recommend changes.
• Study department work and absence records for trend analysis.
• Interface with management to understand changing business needs.
• Support organizational change during high growth periods.

Requirements

• 3+ years of forecasting and operational planning experience in a call center.
• 2+ years of experience in advanced trend analysis.
• Experience in a large volume, enterprise-level call center preferred.
• Ability to create and manipulate data modeling for forecasting.
• Strong analysis skills and understanding of complex formulas.
• Excellent proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with various CRMs like Zendesk.
• Ability to see problems as challenges and provide insights.
• Fast learner who can work independently.
