In Short

  • Support the adoption and ongoing success of Hazel’s services in schools.
  • Work directly with school staff and communities.
  • Conduct on-site readiness visits at newly launched schools.
  • Drive activation and engagement through regular school rounds.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM platform.
  • Travel up to 80% of the time for site visits.
  • Engage with school users with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactively solve problems and address service blockers.
  • Must reside in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in school-based or healthcare settings.
  • Ability to meet fingerprinting requirements for school access.
  • Must reside in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in a start-up or hyper-growth environment is preferred.
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with K-12 school environments.
  • Ability to manage time and travel effectively.
