The Customer Success Associate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to members living with or beyond cancer, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing support in administration and management.

In Short

  • Work full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.
  • Fixed-term maternity cover from mid-late August 2025 to June 2026.
  • Potential for a permanent role based on business needs.

Requirements
