In Short

  • Deliver exceptional customer support and resolve issues effectively.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
  • 2-3+ years of customer service experience required.
  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential.
  • Desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection is required.
