Marketing Specialist (Customer Experience Marketing) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join the Customer Experience Marketing Team, a strategic function within Growth Marketing focused on improving new customer onboarding, engagement, retention, and churn prevention.

In Short

• Partner on the delivery of onboarding, retention, and engagement campaigns across various channels.
• Manage creative timelines, content coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Create and refine customer-facing content and messaging tailored to segmented audiences.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
• Support the operations, communications, and promotion of the Ambassador and Referral program.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related degree.
• Experience with campaign execution, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, especially in onboarding and retention campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Healthcare background is a plus.
