Overview

Aledade is seeking an experienced healthcare compliance leader to enhance patient outcomes while ensuring adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.

In Short

• Lead the Coding, Risk Stratification, and Billing Compliance Sub-Committee.
• Govern the Practice Partnership Integrity Program.
• Develop compliance programs for value-based care.
• Provide compliance support for new and ongoing business initiatives.
• Act as the primary compliance point of contact for Product and Technology teams.
• Identify compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide Compliance training and education.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of work experience in healthcare.
• 7 years in healthcare compliance, with 5 years in coding and billing compliance.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
