Overview

The Sales Crew Lead - 🇧🇪 Enterprise is responsible for driving sales acquisition growth in the Belgian Enterprise segment, aiming to achieve annual member growth goals and develop a high-performing sales team.

In Short

  • Define goals and strategy for recurring revenue in the Belgian Enterprise segment.
  • Mentor and build a high-performing sales team (AEs, BDRs, Sales Associates).
  • Recruit and develop committed sales talent in Belgium.
  • Empower team members to reach targets with coaching and support.
  • Contribute to key strategic deals to maximize performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to enhance lead generation.
  • Work with sales ops to improve sales efficiency.
  • Resolve deal blockers on Enterprise deals with cross-functional teams.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to align global go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in sales team leadership and coaching.
  • Strong background in enterprise sales within competitive markets.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments and managing uncertainty.
  • Experience in rapidly scaling sales teams or building from scratch.
  • Knowledge of proven sales methodologies (Value Selling, Challenger Sale, etc.).
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams (Product, Sales Ops, Marketing).
  • Strong data skills and a desire to make an immediate impact.
