Overview

This role involves being an Enterprise Account Executive at Alan, where the focus is on assisting companies in transitioning to a more personal, proactive, and holistic health partner while driving sales and managing key customer relationships.

In Short

  • Target and close large prospects in both private and public sectors.
  • Manage key customer relationships and drive strategic opportunities.
  • Educate prospects and provide product demonstrations.
  • Onboard key stakeholders from prospective companies.
  • Utilize the Alan Smart & Soft selling method.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve company strategy.
  • Work with tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Be proactive in prospecting and closing deals.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and follow-up.
  • Contribute to the overall growth of the customer base.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong background with large companies.
  • Fluent in English and French; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and empathy towards prospects.
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Desire to learn quickly and make an impact.
