Overview

As a Business Development Representative at Alan, you will contribute to our vision of making prevention the new norm of care. You will work closely with Account Executives to generate new business and enhance our prospection approach.

Requirements

  • At least one customer-facing experience.
  • Experience in warm/cold calling is a plus.
  • Fully bilingual in Spanish.
  • Intermediate level in English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Empathetic and passionate about solving challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to learn quickly and impact the team.
