Overview

The Senior Digital Sales Manager – Power and Energy Resources Software is responsible for managing the overall Sales and market development effort supporting our GE Electrification Software business in the Energy sector to ensure attainment of revenue and growth targets in Thailand and North Asia.

In Short

  • Manage sales and market development for GE Electrification Software.
  • Identify sales opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Drive key activities including prospecting and account planning.
  • Develop executive relationships and conduct discovery assessments.
  • Collaborate with other GE staff and local partners for growth.
  • Implement a world-class account management strategy.
  • Analyze sales pipeline to ensure sales goals are achieved.
  • Maintain customer relations at decision-maker levels.
  • Proactively grow and maintain a multi-year account plan.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations up to 75% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, science, engineering, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Sales experience in Power Generation, Oil & Gas, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of value selling and sales success.
  • Strong negotiation and sales leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to identify market trends and make strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in managing account relationships.
  • Knowledge of Asset Performance Management is a plus.
  • Value Solution Selling methodology training is preferred.
