Overview

The NAM Region Commercial Leader oversees and drives the strategic direction and performance of the Commercial organization, focusing on maximizing revenue growth and developing key customer relationships.

  • Lead the Commercial organization in the NAM region.

  • Provide insights based on customer interactions and market research.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Report to the GA NAM Region General Manager.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of success in sales and revenue management.
  • 10+ years in a senior leadership role in a high-tech industry.
  • Experience managing a business with over $200M in revenue.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
