• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars on products.
• Introduce product roadmaps and new features to distributors and installers.
• Teach technical staff at distributors to enhance their product knowledge.
• Promote product solutions and provide technical consultation to key clients.
• Conduct market research and comparative analysis of competitor products.
• Develop long-term relationships with key partners.
• Test product features and write technical documentation.
• Support the sales team with lead follow-ups.
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role in alarm and video surveillance fields.
• Excellent knowledge of intrusion, IP CCTV, and access control systems.
• Experience in installing/designing security systems.
• Public speaking experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Availability to travel for business.
• Outgoing personality and ability to work independently.
