Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to lead the functional and technical sales process for NICE’s Applications. This role requires a strong technical background with expertise in call centre operations, telephony, cloud computing, and CRM technologies.

In Short

  • Serve as a technical expert, guiding customers through the discovery, requirements gathering, and validation phases of the sales process.
  • Assist the sales team in qualification, pursuit and closing of opportunities.
  • Promote NICE portfolio with associated security technology with the customer.
  • Understand customer IT/Security infrastructure and business requirements.
  • Design and validate technical architectures for customer environments.
  • Provide pre-sales technical infosec support on assigned product.
  • Work with Sales team to develop and position solutions for customer proposals.
  • Influence and educate stakeholders on the value of NICE solutions.
  • Assist with the execution of successful Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Presales role.
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure security and cloud security.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex sales opportunities.
