Overview

Aiwyn is a fast-growing software company transforming the revenue management lifecycle for accounting firms. As an SDR Lead, you will build the outbound pipeline generation function and work closely with sales leadership to optimize strategies and tools.

In Short

  • Own outbound prospecting to drive qualified pipeline for AEs.
  • Define and refine ideal customer profiles and account prioritization.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to document and scale best practices.
  • Evaluate and implement new sales engagement tools.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on ABM campaigns and content strategy.
  • Track activities in Salesforce for accurate forecasting.
  • Lay the foundation for onboarding and performance management.
  • Be an ambassador of Aiwyn’s value proposition.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a SaaS SDR with proven pipeline success.
  • Strong outbound prospecting and multi-stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent written communication and comfort with video.
  • Process-minded with a knack for documentation.
  • Excitement for building from zero and navigating ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Bonus: Experience in the accounting or professional services space.
  • Bonus: Early-stage startup experience.
  • Bonus: Experience with multi-product companies.
