In Short

• Shape and drive the technical direction of our frontend platform.
• Lead the evolution of our component library and design system architecture.
• Identify and champion transformative frontend initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor senior engineers.
• Deep mastery of Angular, RxJS, and frontend architecture patterns required.
• Experience with large-scale Angular applications and micro-frontend architectures.
• Establish testing strategies that scale across teams.
• Optimize frontend performance and application scalability.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute technical roadmaps.
• Ability to travel occasionally for onsite company meetings.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience preferred.
• Deep expertise in GraphQL and cloud-native architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of browser internals and web performance.
• Experience with frontend security best practices.
• Track record of mentoring senior engineers.
