In Short

  • Build and execute strategic prospecting plans across a named account list.
  • Leverage research and industry insights for high-conversion outreach.
  • Initiate conversations through various channels including email and phone.
  • Identify whitespace and map key personas in organizations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging.
  • Maintain accurate records in Hubspot.
  • Stay updated on industry shifts and relationships.
  • Travel up to 20% for conferences and networking events.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in a Sales Development or similar role (preferably in SaaS).
  • Experience with account-based prospecting and multi-channel outreach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research instincts and curiosity about customers.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating independently.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Suite.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with accounting or professional services.
  • Bonus: Experience in a rapidly scaling startup environment.
  • Bonus: Ability to position multiple products as an integrated solution.
