SEO Lead - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an SEO Lead to own and drive our organic search strategy. This role is a mix of strategic leadership and hands-on execution – leading a small but mighty SEO team of two while also diving deep into business strategy, ICP, product, data, content, and technical SEO to drive results.

• Own the SEO strategy – Develop and execute a roadmap to scale organic search growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of SEO experience with a proven track record.
• Hands-on expertise in technical SEO and content strategy.
• Leadership experience managing or mentoring team members.
• Deep expertise with SEO tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
• Cross-functional experience working with various teams.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
