In Short

  • Identify, partner, and develop account plans for State and Local Government prospects.
  • Influence and drive the sales process while managing multi-layer stakeholders.
  • Help develop compelling product positioning and messaging.
  • Source expansion opportunities in new departments.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close.
  • Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle.
  • Educate and consult customers on the value of Airtable.
  • Model a wide range of use cases for business transformation.
  • Prioritize opportunities and manage high volume of emails.
  • Forecast performance against sales targets accurately.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in Enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience with systems integrators and resellers.
  • 3+ years working with State and Local government partners.
  • Robust professional network in the Public Sector.
  • Track record of overachieving quota.
  • Experience selling to central buying/IT teams.
  • Ability to close 6-figure ARR deals.
  • Strong prospecting and account planning skills.
  • Experience with complex deals with named accounts.
  • Strong communication and executive presence.
