In Short

  • Provide expert troubleshooting and guidance on technical issues across multiple channels (email, video calls).
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience by actively listening to concerns, empathizing with customers, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams or other relevant stakeholders when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical issues in Salesforce.
  • Contribute to the growth of Airtable’s knowledge base.
  • Stay updated on new features and educate customers on best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience with Airtable, either personally or professionally.
  • Experience in an enterprise-focused technical support role in a B2B tech environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude.
  • Curiosity and a desire to continuously learn.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Confluence, G Suite, and enterprise-level technology.
