Overview

The Enterprise Technical Support Team at Airtable plays a pivotal role in helping our customers unlock the full potential of our platform. As an Enterprise Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be the trusted technical expert for our enterprise customers, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional support.

In Short

  • Provide expert troubleshooting and guidance on technical issues across multiple channels (email, video calls).
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience by actively listening to concerns and resolving issues effectively.
  • Know when to escalate complex issues to senior technical teams.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical issues in Salesforce.
  • Contribute to the growth of Airtable’s knowledge base.
  • Educate customers on best practices and new features.
  • Work during U.S. Western Time business hours.
  • Engage with a variety of enterprise customers.
  • Help customers achieve their business goals using Airtable.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new product updates.

Requirements

  • Experience with Airtable, personally or professionally.
  • Background in an enterprise-focused technical support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn about technical issues.
  • Self-driven with a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Confluence, G Suite, and enterprise technology.
  • Understanding of relational databases and REST APIs is a plus.
