Overview

As a Sales Operations Manager at AirGarage, you will refine and execute our go-to-market strategy, and use data to drive insights, optimize processes across the organization, and establish clear performance visibility.

• Build reporting that identifies risks and trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of CRM experience in Salesforce.
• Proficiency with core sales tools (e.g. Outreach, Zoominfo).
• Strong communication skills with executive presence.
• Analytical skills for operational questions.
• Hands-on experience in building from scratch.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and BI/Dashboarding is a plus.
