Overview

As an Associate Principal of Strategic Finance & Analytics, you’ll play a pivotal role in building a robust data foundation for Community Support, analyzing data to provide actionable insights, and driving high-impact recommendations.

In Short

• Partner with Capacity Planning and Business Operations to develop and optimize headcount capacity and resource planning.
• Collaborate with Talent, Recruiting, and cross-functional leaders to manage headcount approvals.
• Work with Procurement, Accounting, BizOps, and Finance on vendor renewals and budget management.
• Produce clear reporting packages for CS and Finance leadership.
• Conduct quantitative analysis and external research to size opportunities.
• Build consensus and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting.
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Strong cross-functional influence and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort with manipulating datasets and building analytical frameworks.
