Principal, Strategic Finance & Analytics, Incubations - Remote

Overview

Airbnb is looking for an experienced strategic finance & analytics professional to support our Airbnb Commercial Strategy & Planning Team. This team supports overall strategic planning across the Commercial Business Organization and partners with the business across host-facing services and supply category incubations.

In Short

• Identify new growth opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
• Serve as an internal consultant, providing insights on performance and industry dynamics.
• Lead conversations around OKRs and targets, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop insightful recommendations based on analytics and financial modeling.
• Support business strategy development and drive outcomes across Host communities.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in strategic finance or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with large datasets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for senior executives.
• Superb financial modeling skills and experience in quantitative analysis.

Benefits

• Base pay range of $164,000 - $202,500 USD.
• Eligibility for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
