Overview

As a Senior Consumer Insights Lead, you will join Airbnb's Consumer Insights Team, focusing on audience understanding, brand positioning, and measurement to enhance marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of consumer insights experience.
  • Deep expertise in brand health tracking.
  • Strong command of audience research and segmentation.
  • Familiarity with media measurement approaches.
  • Experience in trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
  • Experience managing and developing individuals.
  • A degree in research, marketing, or social sciences.
