• Focus on website, paid media, and email analytics.
• Collaborate with various teams to execute strategic recommendations.
• Optimize effectiveness of digital channels as conversion engines.
• Analyze digital channel impacts on KPIs.
• Support email marketing performance data analysis.
• Evaluate GEO/SEO performance and provide recommendations.
• Connect channel analytics to the full customer journey.
• Partner with Finance to build CAC/LTV models.
• Ensure data governance and accuracy in reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics for B2B organizations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in SQL querying.
• 2+ years analyzing website visitor data.
• Experience with Google Analytics and marketing technology stacks.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM software.
• Strong business judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
