Senior Analyst, Revenue Strategy & Insights - Remote

Overview

The Revenue Strategy & Insights Analyst is responsible for supporting data-informed decision-making and optimizing go-to-market (GTM) performance across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Strategy & Insights, this role focuses on analyzing key revenue metrics, streamlining reporting cadences (including compensation and capacity planning), and building and improving robust revenue reporting and dashboards.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product leadership to provide compelling insights.
• Analyze and present key revenue performance metrics.
• Manage and improve the compensation and capacity planning process.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for revenue performance.
• Standardize reporting and analysis processes across teams.
• Identify gaps and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, FP&A, Finance, Strategy, or related role.
• Solutions-oriented with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency in data visualization tools.
• Understanding of Salesforce workflows and reporting.
• Strong SQL or similar query languages.
