Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and globally-minded Account Manager to join our growing team and manage our strategic client portfolio across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role is a unique opportunity to own a critical, high-growth territory while being fully remote. The ideal candidate thrives in an asynchronous, remote work environment and is prepared to shift their core working hours to ensure essential daily overlap with our APAC clientele.

In Short

  • Drive significant revenue growth within your assigned Commercial portfolio.
  • Partner closely with our Customer Success team to ensure exceptional customer adoption.
  • Minimize customer churn and maximize retention by delivering value.
  • Develop a deep understanding of your clients' businesses.
  • Provide accurate and timely weekly revenue forecasts.
  • Serve as a passionate advocate for PandaDoc.
  • Participate in ongoing enablement and training.
  • Work shifted hours for client overlap in APAC region.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven success in a quota-carrying Account Manager or Account Executive role.
  • Strong computer skills, ideally with Gong, Slack, Salesforce, or PandaDoc.
  • Proven ability to accurately forecast revenue.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience conducting effective virtual meetings.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable.
  • Passion for continuous learning.
