Overview

We’re seeking a highly-skilled Senior Product Designer with Design System expertise. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in driving visual and functional consistency across our product by shaping and evolving our design system. Your work will directly impact how users experience PandaDoc — ensuring that every interaction is thoughtful, cohesive, and scalable.

In Short

• Own and evolve core foundations of the design system.
• Lead the end-to-end process of designing, documenting, and validating reusable components.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a focus on design systems and UI frameworks.
• Deep understanding of atomic design principles and scalable UI architecture.
• Proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of front-end technologies.
• Experience creating clear and maintainable design documentation.
• Ability to validate system components through real use cases.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate design rationale.
• Systems-oriented thinker with a proactive approach.
