Overview

As the Luxe Market Manager Field Manager for NAMER and LATAM, you will lead the team of on-the-ground market experts responsible for growing Airbnb Luxe’s supply across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Luxe Market Managers.
• Own the end-to-end supply strategy for NAMER and LATAM.

• Partner with Luxe leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Drive data-informed decisions and maintain pipeline rigor.
• Support team members through complex host negotiations.
• Design and scale acquisition programs.
• Ensure markets meet supply, revenue, and quality KPIs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or luxury hospitality.
• Deep knowledge of the NAMER and/or LATAM luxury travel landscape.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience building and managing high-value partnerships.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and performance dashboards.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple markets and priorities.
• English proficiency required, Spanish proficiency preferred.
