Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance, Community Support - Remote

Overview

Airbnb is looking for an experienced strategic finance & analytics professional to support our Airbnb Community Support Team. This team supports overall strategic planning across Community Support and Strategic Finance & Analytics.

In Short

• Own the month-end close and forecasting processes for CS FP&A.
• Partner with talent partners, recruiting, and cross-functional leaders.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounting, BizOps and Finance.
• Produce concise reporting packages for CS/Finance leadership.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or Financial Operations.
• Superb financial modeling skills (Google Sheets or Excel).
• Proficiency with financial forecasting systems is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively.
• Strong ownership and management of competing priorities.
• Comfortable manipulating datasets and creating analytical frameworks.

Benefits

• Base pay range: $119,000 - $140,000 USD.
• Eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
