Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering, preferably in Payments or Fintech.
• Proficient in Java, Scala, Ruby on Rails, or Python; React experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with architectural patterns for large web applications.
• Strong focus on code quality and automated testing practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
