Overview

This role will manage a team of Learning Performance Managers and Tactical Planning Managers who will define and implement a transformative roadmap for our Training team, driving measurable value for customers through solution-focused learning strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in learning organizations.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of learning methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Experience with strategic skilling planning.
• Knowledge of organizational performance frameworks.
• Experience with project planning tools.
• Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
