Requirements

  • 2-4 years of Customer Success Management experience.
  • Cisco Customer Success Manager certification preferred.
  • Strong change management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage client issues and priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
