In Short

• Design and configure Agiloft systems to optimize business processes.
• Support EMEA customer projects with early AM ET calls.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts.
• Lead implementation efforts for Commercial customer projects.
• Capture requirements and translate user stories into design specifications.
• Handle customer interactions with a solutions-focused approach.
• Produce documentation and deliver user training.
• Analyze customer data for compatibility with Agiloft.
• Provide advisory services to Agiloft Partners.
• Contribute to internal projects for process improvement.

Requirements

• Technical background with a 4-year college degree.
• 1-2 years of experience as an implementer.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and logic skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and customer expectations.
• Desire to impact the success of a growth stage company.
