As the Product Design Director at Agiloft, you will lead design strategy and innovation initiatives, collaborating with product management and engineering to create intuitive, data-driven user experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX design.

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS products.
• Strong expertise in user research methodologies.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design tools like Figma.
• Deep understanding of front-end technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with distributed teams.
• Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
• Experience in ERP, CRM, BPM, or legal tech is a plus.
